All my troubles seemed so far away!

I just have that song stuck in my head.
My neck is bothering me a bit after my little fall on the ice yesterday, but I am over my initial anger about it. I won't be writing a nasty letter to the apartment management and I won't be staying inside until Spring weather arrives. Ha.
I have a few goals for the day and I am still motivated to achieve them!
I'll be Skyping with a friend a little later, and she is also working toward being healthier through better eating and exercise. She's always an inspiration to me and often has some good tips. Not to mention, we have been friends for about twenty years, and we still giggle like kids when we're together... even if it's just on a computer screen.
I'd be lost without technology. Seriously. Almost ALL of my friends live thousands of miles away, but thanks to the internet, I don't feel far from them at all. Yay!
I'm going to list out my goals so I feel more obligated to stick to my plan for the day!
Print out the exercises I plan to over the next week or so and put them in a binder. It's much easier for me to have them right in front of me, in order.. so I always know what I'm doing and I won't get all upset.
Stick to my calorie tracker ALL day. I knew I had a bunch of calories left a bit after mid-day yesterday so I just stopped keeping track. No good.
Say no to ALL dairy. I had a tiny bit of milk chocolate yesterday. I'm paying for it today.
Go on a walk.
Watch Star Trek: Voyager and swoon over Captain Janeway until I can't see straight.
Go to sleep before 5 am. Oops.. Too much Voyager yesterday/today.
