1: WTH - Seriously

I just made my first goal: 175.
Seriously! In no way do I deserve this after the "off" week I had. Granted I have been busting my butt on home construction projects - but I am positive not enough to compensate for all the junk I have been eating.
We started a staircase project that also turned into a slightly "un-expected" kitchen gut job. So I have been sledgehammering drywall and working the crowbar magic on layers and layers and layers of misc trim and wall board. My house is over a hundred years old and surprise surprise we found a secret roof tucked into the stairwell/ kitchen ceiling.
Still. Really I am happy I lost 4lbs during this construction but also pretty po'd. I mean I watch what I eat - run my butt off - pump weights and nothing and then I slack and bam. I am really hoping my mind doesn't think this is the real road to weigh-loss because we know it is not! Maybe my body just needed a change of pace or maybe I was carrying around some water or something.
I am back to it this week. My diet is good and all planned out. I am still working on the exercise - all that dust is killing me my eyes and nose are running.
Okay - running tomorrow!!!!! I am running tomorrow - K repeat after me - I am running tomorrow!
