Back in action Day 1

I had a pretty good day yesterday. Came in at 1830 calories consumed for the day. I put in 30 minutes on my elliptical. Says I did 4202 strides and burned 614 calories. I went to bed at 10:30 and got a full nights sleep, something I probably haven't done in a year.

As far as the work out, it was very refreshing but I could definitely feel the burn toward the end of the 30 minutes. I'm just happy pandora decided to play a song I really like toward the end to give me that extra push I needed to make it through the last 5 minutes. It's amazing how music can change how you feel and your mood. Especially when working out.

Looking forward to doing the same tonight. I'll probably start adding in some strength training next week but don't want to start to fast after not being active for so long so I'm going to ease into it.
