Today I did a seated workout. To be honest I really haven't worked out all that long. Maybe two to three weeks in total. While I was doing the video, I stopped it in the last quarter because I was feeling tired. The thought of "I can't do this " went through my mind. I clicked my mouse and turned it off. It took about a minute when I said, " I know better, I have to finish". I tuned it back on and started where I left off. Even though I stopped, I felt good that I had finished it. All I can do is the best I can.
