One month in and I'm down 14.6 lbs. This past week I haven't seen much movement but that is to be expected as hormones have me retaining water.
I'm entering the final stretch on finishing my thesis (two weeks til my draft needs to be in my committee chair's hands) and I'm continuing to make some time for being active. I am still struggling to meet my 10k step goal each day and have only managed to hit it a couple of times, but I'm working my way up and really trying to focus on making sure I get over 5k every day and aim more towards the 7k-8k range.
Yesterday, was one of the days I more than hit my 10k step goal yesterday though and boy am I feeling it today. SOOOO sore! I am making progress and will take this one month at a time, one week at a time, one pound at a time, one choice at a time.
I can do this.
