5% Winter Challenge

I have joined a challenge to lose 5% of my body weight, 11 pounds by the end of winter. Part of our assignment for the challenge is to blog about my plans as well as my motivation.

Monday AM Workout
Tuesday Family Day
Wednesday AM or PM Workout
Thursday AM or PM Workout
Friday AM and PM Workout

Eat 5 servings of freggies
Sleep
Meditate
Lots of water
Minimal Sugars

Motivators
Size 16 jeans
Being a role model for my daughter
Running a 15 minute mile
Looking and Feeling Sexy for my vacation in May
