This is my final blog before leaving on the Ruby Princess this week for warm waters & blue skies.
FRIDAY can't come soon enough...2 more week nights...it's been 8 weeks since my last haircut...I feel so bushy right now...how spoiled this may seem but so crucial to my mood...it's so true when you see the hair commercials & the effect a good cut, colour or style can make to your sense of self...sounds so superficial, doesn't it???
2 More Work Nights...& my busiest week of the month...stress is building there...so leaving that behind will be good for me.
My WI today was 125.6 lbs. (down .6 of a lb) I did end last week with a migraine...triggered from weather, stress & maybe enhanced by the instant hot chocolate I had. (will I ever learn???) I also feel m y nose running like a tap so maybe a slight cold was starting....still surrounding by many at work fighting germs...
Keeping the body nutritionally balanced without overeating or indulging is a regular pattern for me now...although this past week has included alot of sodium...my tracker says...
Since starting my 2cd coffee today, I've been thinking of ways to motivate my healthy lifestyle when I return from my adventure. New spark recipes...added regular exercise...These past 2 weeks I have missed at least a full day of my planned workouts. I don't want that pattern to continue... My new spring goal will be 100,00 steps in a week... I almost made that last summer...That's what I will work toward.
