Yesterday, I set up my new little toy...Fitbit One. I had a very busy day and slept well. According to the fitbit I only woke one time and slept almost eight hous...woohoo. Then today I discovered that despite weekend adventures, I still lost weight since last week. Hooray. That inspired me to spend over 1 1/2 hours working out in the gym today. I think this is going to be a great week! Hope same is true for you!

    Wow- you're a good sleeper!
I take 1/2 ambien and still wake up 15-20x most nights.
I love my fitbit wear it on my bra 24/7.
I freaked out one day when I realized as I drove to work I left it at home.

Neat. I'm glad you're happy with your new toy. I hear they are very helpful.

My fitbit didn't work so the money will be refunded. I'm thinking of the fitbit one. What made you decide to go with that particular one? I'm trying to figure out which is the better one. thanks.

Nice job. I'm contemplating, but $100.00 is a lot at this juncture.

Good for you! A friend of mine has found Fitbit to be a real motivator for healthy habits. Sounds as though this is true for you as well.
