I took today off from my "normal" routine and spent it with my 91 yo Gram and a few friends. We ate quiche and some heavily breaded breakfast casserole, washed down with Kona coffee and for desert a large chocolate chip cookie!
I think the carb coma will hit me soon! Lol
Thank goodness it was more of a brunch than breakfast, cause wow! It was about 700 calories!! Which may not sound bad, but I did ZERO workout this morning! The babe is sick and takes about five minutes here and there, so my nerves are shot... Exercise would have been a good thing.... Tomorrow I will pick up where I left off, a thirty minute jog and an Island tour Cycle withs ab focus yoga.
My older kids should be home soon, so not a whole of time for me to do my mommy work... Maybe I will just a breather and not clean today either. Just plan dinner and go with the flow. That sounds good. Usually I am on the run everyday of the week.
First 12 hour shift tomorrow night, then Thursday. I think we have plan Friday but cannot remember what it was! Basketball practice Saturday, getting ready for an all day tournament ...
I just feel relaxed (maybe it is the chocolate)
Tomorrow is another day, starting it off fresh.... Ohhhh and it's hump day.
