That looks odd, but it's spelled right. Huh.

Anyway, yea. Monday I swung back in the other direction - eating well, but well below my range for the day. It wasn't intentional, I just didn't want more to eat, and didn't snack.

I know, right? Who am I and what have I done with the real Candy!??!?!

Nice. Unintentional, but nice. I'm a bit hungry today, but not the kind of 'my stomach is gnawing at my ribs' sort of hunger, just hungry.

I had a nice lunchtime walk yesterday for 2 miles, then got home and changed into walking gear for another outing. Bill decided to come with me, and we walked along streets neither one of us have been on before. We ended up with 2.21 miles, which was great. The company wasn't bad either.

A good dinner, albeit a bit later than we usually eat, and I was ready for bed by 8. A good night's sleep, and here I am, ready for today.

As I said on my status, I'm going for a short run tonight when I get home. I have all my training runs calendared and ready to go. Now if I can just stick to the plan, I'll be golden for R'n'R in May!
