Well it's a day late....but better late than never!

Breakfast:
Grapefruit
Special K chocolatey strawberry with added fresh strawberries
1/4 cup milk
Coffee w/ 2 tsp sugar and 2 tb fat free half and half

Lunch:
Sandwich: 4 slices oven roasted turkey, 1 slice American cheese, lettuce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 orange

Dinner:
Italian chicken and potatoes in crockpot
Broccoli

Snacks:
Chocolate chip granola bar
Grapes

Ended the day with 1366 cal and 47 g of fat. Within my range :)
I will have to share my recipe for the Italian chicken. I found it on Pinterest and it is so yummy! 400 calories per serv (according to recipe calculator) but that includes the potatoes too!

    Italian chicken...indeed do share ;)...grapefruit love that stuff..chocolatey strawberry Special K...interesting?. I'll have to investigate :)
