NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR EXCUSES. NOBODY PITIES YOU FOR PROCRASTINATING. NOBODY IS GOING TO CODDLE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE LAZY. ITS YOUR ASS. MOVE IT!

Not every quote works for everyone but this one is speaking to me at the moment. 310 fitness minutes in 5 days is the best i have done in a long time. And i am starting to get compliments to which in one hand i like and in another i am uncomfortable w still. But its gd to know people are starting to see my efforts. Once i am out of the teens i am gonna buy myself a new pair of jeans. thats just about 5 pds to lose.

    Compliments can be hard to receive. I am learning to respond to them but I still often would rather that people just didn't draw the attention to me.
