Just really getting started : My goal is to keep moving for the entire time in the pool... not necessarily swimming... but jogging lightly in place in the water. Some type of exercise movement and I did 1.5 hours now two days in a row... enjoying not pushing. May not do this much daily... but will do something... minimum of 30 minutes and some walking. Husband and I also doing some together... walking the lazy river in the pool is great exercise too.
