    Yes, don't be too hard on yourself.. sleep is very important and something many of us don't get enough is hard to miss something you will make it the next time. emoticon emoticon

    I've missed out on umpteen Elderobics classes because I chose sleep over being out on the street at 9:10 a.m. for my cousin to pick me up.
But I keep examining my intentions because i Just might be copping out or being too easy on myself. Hmmmmmm.
