5% Challenge Commitment

I have participated in several 5% Challenges and just kind of floated through them. The question is whether I am really challenging myself or just going through the motions and fooling myself into thinking just being a member is enough. So, this time I am using the word "choose" to replace "should" and "can't". I am choosing to fully participate in the challenge, not just join. I will choose to exercise 6 days a week , use the daily food tracker and aim to stay within the ranges . I choose to report exercise minutes, LTGL points, and weigh-in on time. I choose to read team members' blogs and offer encouragement. I choose to be active in being healthy. It is time to pull my head out of the sand and make good choices.
