Starting this month I am starting a new way of doing things on sparkpeople. After I finish my days sparking. I use my food tracker to plan my next days menu. Also in the morning I listen to spark radio while eating breakfast, it puts me in a good mood thstart the day.

    Great plan. I finally got a smarter phone (not a smart phone) and trying to figure out how to listen to podcasts on my phone.
