EAT ALL THE FOOD!

I am craving everything I shouldn't be eating. I want chinese food. I want a big bowl of lo mein. i want pizza...I seriously want to eat everything that I shouldn't. I've been drinking water to satisfy these cravings, but it's not helping! This is so frustrating!!

    I gave in to cookies last night. But I don't want to do that again. I needed to save a snack for a time when I really need it. This is my first week. I bought a one month kit. I keep telling myself that I can do anything for one month. Best of luck!

    Order pizza by the slice that way you get your pizza and you do not overdo it with seconds or thirds. Normal Italian restauarants that sell it by the slice have LARGE slices so you will not need a second slice and have a salad to go with it.

    I hope this helps...

When I get those kinds of cravings, it usually means that:

1. I need a good source of protein with a healthy fat,
so in saying that my trick is to get a TBLSP of some kind of Nut butter, Peanut, Almond or Cashew with celery sticks or eat 3 oz of meat with 1 or two slices of Avacado or 2 TBLSP of homemade Gaucamole which consists of 1 small avacado, some fresh minced garlic or garlic powder, & a serving of Salsa, salt & pepper to taste

2. I need to plan my calorie intake to allow for ONE of those things that I enjoy to eat, that way I don't feel deprived & in this it helps me to remember NO FOOD is to be TABOO forever.

You CAN manage theses cravings! Be proud of yourself that you are recognizing them & seeking help for them.

    Order the chinese food, the pizza or whatever. But before you make your plate have a big salad. Fills you up. Less calories and then you can have the foods you want within moderation. No food should be off limits. You should just know how to moderate yourself when eating them.
