Just an update on where i am right now. I am still hanging in there. It has been almost a month since I have had a soda and am happy that I have been able to stay away from it. I have not been tracking my food as much and I noticed as i looked back on my calendar that when i see where i am tracking each day , it tends to make me feel better even if the numbers are not quite where i would like them to be. I have lost 13 lbs so far and am proud to say that Super Bowl Sunday did not do me in. I ate things that I wanted but tried not to over do it. I can tell when i have eaten too much now. I get that gross feeling of being bloated and so stuffed that i cant hardly move. I am starting to see those signs that I need to see to keep going. I also am starting to see changes in parts of my body. So I know that is a good sign. I am still having those days where i just don't know if I can do it or not. But luckily they aren't keeping me from moving forward. Every day is not going to be something to brag about , but sticking to the big plan and not giving up is. Here is too a great February!
