This was the quote at the end of my spark coach lesson today. And boy did it hit home!!! emoticon

I can make myself a daily to do list for the housework, on the job tasks, etc. and finish the list every time even if I have to roll it over to the next day most things are accomplished in a timely manner. But (here is the biggie) when I go to do "personal" things I always procrastinate. Like fix broken relationships, lose weight, exercise, etc, etc, etc.

    Everyone procrastinates - especially moms. It's always our families that come first, before ourselves. Take it one day at a time - every day's a new day :)

    Is it procrastination or is it, like me, that you are at the end of any list? One of the things we need to include is that bit of "me" time and build it into our daily/weekly lists. A bit of reading before bed, a chat with someone you've not caught up with recently, finding that you have a few spare $$$ at the end of the month and treating yourself with it.
Start small. Once you are making it a regular thing add a bit more. As someone once said to me - "it is not a crime!"

    I am doing better at taking care of myself. I discovered that working long hours at my job didn't amount to anything in the end--I'm unemployed. But I have to live in my body and hopefully for many years to come, so I am very interested in keeping this body healthy!
