Weekly goals 2/3/2013-2/9/2013

I'm a little late posting my goals this week, but these are the goals I set for the week:
1. Water consumption
2. Exercise at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes
3. Stay positive about my health
I am still lacking on water, and I'm getting frustrated about it, I know I need to drink it, but then I get busy and never do it. I need to find a fool proof way to remind me to drink enough water throughout the day.
Exercise, I'm getting my normal walking and stairs on my breaks at work, but I want to get in 3 work outs on top of that per week. I am slacking when I get home, and this is when I should be adding extra minutes to help me sleep and more energy during the day.
I'm working on remaining positive, no matter what is thrown at me. I feel like the world is against me a lot, so when I start to get negative, I'm trying to catch myself and stop before I make myself upset. It's a struggle, but something I am trying to work on and keep up with on top of everything else.
