Since I got my fitbit at end of December, and joined Sparkcoach and January Jumpstart, my taste in food has changed (for the better!), and so has my attitude to exercise. January I made exercise and calorie counting my priority. To such an extent that I no longer need to start the day with exercise, as I know I shall now do it. Have finished January Jumpstart and started on 28 day bootcamp, together with a 5k training programme, of which I finished the first week today.
Shall stop now and do a spark video, as I have got a streak going. I may actually drop that streak as there are other videos beside Spark videos. Today's actually a rest day from bootcamp, so I walked-jogged for 5k, accompanied by one of my dogs.
