I am back to my old habits ( the BAD habits!)

This is what always happens! I get motivated, I start to loose weight, and just as I am getting comfortable in a routine and feeling better about myself, I stop...

I stop watching what I'm eating.
I stop working out.
I stop counting my calories.
I stop weighing myself.
I stop caring.

I "stopped" in October.

Here we are in February. I have gained 10 pounds back and I feel like a total failure.

This is where we are going to "STOP" again.

I am going to stop moving backwards.
I am going to stop not caring about my body.
I am going to stop making excuses.
I am going to stop eating whatever I want.
I am going to stop coming home, and parking my butt on the couch.
I am going to stop falling into this horrible cycle.

I am going to START caring about myself.
I am going to START moving.
I am going to START thinking about every piece of food I put in my body.
I am going to START getting back on my eliptical.
I am going to START sweating.
I am going to START living my life for me.
I am going to START loosing weight again.


I can do this, I have done this, I WILL do this!

    I'm not trying to beat myself up about it (but I sure am frustrated!) however it was meant to be more motivational... sorry if that didn't come across!!

I know I can do this- just have to get motivated (which I am pretty sure I am!) to get back to sparking!!!

    You can do this.. but one thing stop beating your self up.. give your self a hug.. and a pat and tell your self that you did a job well done when you did lose the weight, and you know you will do it again.. starting now you can move forward..

it takes 21 days to break a habit and adopt to a new one kind of like a spark streak
so why not go streaking ..? spark style.. you can do it that is for sure

    You can do this......never give up
You may try to STOP in smaller doses instead all at one time life can be overwhelming. Try making a change/stop for one day
Unfortunately even as we lose the journey doesn't get any easier we just become more determined.
Forgive yourself and move on yesterday is over
