Wow - this mornings group active class really has me sore! Even though I'm feeling a little stiff - I am being very kind to my body. Getting injured right in the start of this push to get out of morbid obesity is NOT part of my plan.
So easy goes it - even if I can do all the jumping jacks and my knees don't get sky high, I am moving. That is a big enough change for today.
What I can do without the risk of injury is fuel my body well! Lots of planning, good choices at the supermarket, and giving myself enough time to feed my family well.
