As I am typing this I am trying to catch my breath............I just did the 30 day shred for the first time.........OMG! I am so out of shape.....I stuck it out and tried to keep up with the exercises, but holy cow! I have the weakest upper body, always have. But it is pretty sad that I let myself get this way; I can not even do a modified push up!! I used to be so in shape and am having a hard time not being angry with myself. I know I am doing the right thing by trying to get fit, but it so hard not to be upset..........I will try to keep it up.....that will be the only way.....
