Nutrition Challenge- Day 1

Day 1 went off without a hitch!

Breakfast: Egg Bake (egg, sausage, onion, peppers, kale)
Lunch: Turkey burger, cauliflower soup, carrots
Snack: Pistachios
Dinner: Homemade Chipotle Carnitas Bowl

Back Squat:
1x10, 1x5, 1x1

7 rounds:
10 chest to bar pull-up
10 wall balls


I used purple & red bands for the pull-ups on the first round, then switched to green and red. My wall ball was 14# and I did the 9' target. I wasn't in the most Crossfity mood yesterday, but I'm glad I went. When we did Karen a few weeks ago, one of my coaches said my left knee was going in a lot, so paid extra close attention to keep my knees out on each rep and had great form.

Today's menu:

Breakfast:Egg Bake (egg, sausage, onion, peppers, kale)
Lunch: Pork & spinach sliders, cauliflower soup, carrots
Dinner: Homemade Chipotle Carnitas Bowl
Snack: Almonds or pistachios

I'm not sure if I'm going to go to CF tonight or tomorrow AM. I'm leaning towards tonight though, it's all about clean & jerks!

    when you do cleans and snatches are they automatically squat cleans and squat snatches? Just wondering because that's how my new box is....

    Nicely done on the WOD and keeping good form. Sounds like a great time to me!
