Good morning all! No more Monday blues. Our temperature is warming up! It is 16 now and that is a long way from teens below zero that we have been having!!! I might just feel spring because I think spring might be in the air. Yeah right! This is northern Wisconsin and it is just February! So I think the other great thing is that I just talked to me sister(NC). That always makes me feel better! Also my husband just called from work to let me know that he got his license for the training that he just completed and tested for.
And because of how I feel I am going to leave you with these thoughts:
As I said before I am working on motivation for exercise and cancer survival! I had missed this earlier but want to make sure that any of you reading this blog will be sure to see the below Spark Guy video:

It is really uplifting!!!
My hero, Mark Twain said, laughter is the greatest weapon that we humans possess and it’s the one we use the least. Daily, we have countless opportunities to use the power of laughter to make a positive difference.
Laughter is a wonderful coping device. It helps us to successfully traverse dangerous currents along life’s journey, as well as assisting us to fully enjoy the placid times of still waters. Humor is something I can get serious about. It is nothing less than an extravagant gift – to be frequently used and shared! I believe it was Billy Graham who said that “a keen sense of humor helps us to overlook the unbecoming, understand the unconventional, tolerate the unpleasant, overcome the unexpected, and out-last the unbearable.”
The best part of all is that you have already received the gift of laughter! Will you use it and share it often today?
A smile costs nothing, but gives much-
It takes but a moment, but the memory of it usually lasts forever.
None are so rich that can get along without it-
And none are so poor but that can be made rich by it.
It enriches those who receive, without making poor those who give-
It creates sunshine in the home,
Fosters good will in business,
And is the best antidote for trouble-
And yet it cannot be begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is of no value
Unless it is given away.
Some people are too busy to give you a smile-
Give them one of yours-
For the good Lord knows that no one needs a smile so badly
As he or she who has no more smiles left to give.
