Well in short I have been pregnant or breastfeeding for 6 years now.
I have three sons
and Bobby (almost 2)
and am expecting our 4th and probably last baby boy!
I can't wait to meet this little guy.
I will be 28 weeks on Friday and I finally feel myself getting closer to the end.
I will be nursing this baby for the first 12-15 months of his life as long as everything goes well. I have nursed all my babies for around this amount of time.
I am so excited to be done with having babies. ( we are either done or wont be having any for the next 5 years due to school and other things)
SO, I can finally focus on myself for once. EVERY time after I had a baby I wanted to lose the weight, and I lost most of it but in the back of my head I was always thinking " Im just going to gain it all back soon"
Because we knew we wanted 4 kids and we wanted them close in age. I also gain way more than I should every single time I'm pregnant.. haha
BUT now, even with nursing ,I will be able to focus on myself. I am so sick of putting my body on the back burner. I feel my body deserves to be strong and healthy after making these healthy sweet babies. Can't wait to reward it for all the hard work ;)
I can't stop thinking about my sweet baby on the way, and being a healthy mommy to my boys!
So excited for the future, enjoying my kids and being active with them.
Now DOES ANYONE have tips on weight gain while pregnant? I have already gained WAY too much... haha :(
BY THE WAY- I will be getting my pre-baby body back. Just you wait and see! I will get down to 145 maybe even 140. I am so excited and know I am going to do it. I am so sick of people saying it can't be done after having kids. I have done it before,and even though that was years ago... I know with motivation, and a ton of hard work, that I got this!!!!
