Holy crap, guys! I'm so sorry about posting this week's blog so late. I was just so exhausted on Sunday that I pretty much slept most of the day. And then I was rushing at night to get in my online homework in time. Whoops! Plus, I was procrastinating while watching the Super Bowl. Ohh-ohh! But... on Friday I had a very good weigh-in. -3.2lbs!!! Whoo hoo! 224.0! Omygoodness, it feels great to be back!! (And just a heads up, this week is looking like it'll be just as great if not better! Back in my groove!!!)
So, a couple of things that I have to mention. First of all, the temptation for me is GONE! My parents left to Atlanta and I'll be by myself for the rest of the semester. And you know what I've noticed, I'm not anxious about food after they left. I love it!!! So, I'm going to be kicking booty from here until I graduate in May. Whoo hoo!
WISLNDR asked: What will I do with the money I win? (Because I WILL win it! =]) Well, my go to thing would be: SHOPPING! But, I might also go to Atlanta to visit my parents and family in my little break from school. I'm already going to Boston for Easter break and I get a couple of days for what they call "Spring Break" (like a weekend and 2 days) - so, I might just head over to Atlanta with that money. Driving! Ahh. I love it. If not, I can also use it towards shopping so that I look really great when I go to Boston in March. Or money to spend while I'm in Boston in March. Whoo hoo!
Ok, checking back on goals this week:
I stayed within my calories except on Saturday. So, that's not too bad. One day out of the week. (The goals I check from Sunday to Sunday, the weigh-ins are the only things that changed to Fridays.) I took the picture for my $$$ challenge and I was bold and posted it to the group Flickr group. I was brave! But, I'm pretty bummed out that no one else has posted their pics from the beginning of the challenge. =( I guess nobody wants it as bad as me! =] I made it to the gym again this week, 1x. And I did ST that day. So, whoo!
This week's goals:
-Stay within my calories. Shouldn't be too bad now that my parents are going. And I got that $$$ incentive. =P
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Begin carrying my water bottle every day again.
-Write my measurements blog sometime this week. (Might just go ahead and post it today or tomorrow, so, I don't forget. I'm feeling good about my measurements this month. I still have to take them but, I'm so sure they're good numbers!)
Ok, that's going to be all for now. Whoo hoo! So excited about being back on track. It's weird, but around this time last year was when I was kicking butt also. I just need to see the patterns and watch out for the times when I get sluggish. I might do a blog about my patterns sometime. Maybe I'll make it one of my goals for next week.
