I have been juicing for the whole week. I realize this sounds extreme, but I feel I need some extreme right now. I am still getting my nutrition and calories but I am doing it through blending, food processing, and juicing. Some vegetables don't juice, like lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli so I put them in the food processoe before putting them in the blender which works really well. This is pretty much what I have been doing the last 8 days full time! I have been addig some other stuff as well. I have powdered spiurlina, vegie protein powder, bee pollen, coconut oil, chia seeds and flax seeds are to name a few. I also put one to 3 pieces of fruit in the mix throughout the day. It keeps me full.
The result so far is I have lost 11 lbs. 7 of those lbs are new. lbs. I had gained 4 lbs the week before I started. I am really excited about this. I was watching the Netflix food documenteries and this is what convinced me to give it a go. I am going to stop at day 10 which is friday for one week and then do it again.
