Changing Mindset

Tuesday, February 05, 2013

What was ingrained in my brain:
Cheese Council Anyway you please it, cheese it
Cheez-It Get your own box
Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes They’re g-r-r-r-eat!
Kentucky Fried Chicken Finger-lickin’ good!
Lay’s Potato Chips Betcha can’t eat just one
Lucky Charms Magically delicious
Maxwell house Coffee Good to the last drop!

Reprogramming is happening. New taglines are playing in my head.
Mindful Eating!
Quality over Quantity,
AIM International's tagline "Nutrition that Works"
Whole Foods Market "Health Starts Here"
Rip Esselstyn Plantstrong
Forks Over Knives "plant-based diet"
One should eat to live, not live to eat" -Benjamin Franklin
“If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it” ~Common sense
Why put off feeling good?
Just for the Health of it!
Be smart, eat smart.
Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live.

If you don’t do what is best for your body, you’re the one who comes up on the short end
Don’t give up what you want most for what you want at this moment
“Our bodies are our gardens – our wills are our gardeners.” ~William Shakespeare

But these tickled my funny bone:
Eat your veggies-have less wedgies!
Street Walkers for Life!
