Visualize Your Loss.....

Tuesday, February 05, 2013

This made me happy today. What a great visual. Hubby brought up weights from his workout room. I was lamenting Im not really seeing the 15lbs I have now lost (YIPPEE!) Wow when I picked up those weights...amazing....I guess the good news is I must be losing proportionally over my body as there isn't one particular place I am noticing.

Slowly getting back to normal here in PURPLE Maryland!! Ravens fever will culminate today with the Ravens parade as they come home to Baltimore. I am happy to watch on TV but thousands will be welcoming them and it will be televised. Great to have something positive to get excited about when there is so much negative in this day & age.

I am loving being back on SP.....I don't want to say it has been EASY this time but what a blessing. I am making sure to have everything I need and have had no problem with cravings. I credit that to the Living Lite session I attended which gave me Deep Relaxation techniques that I love. I am going back on 17th for a follow up session. Found coupon on Groupon & it is truly really good.

I taught WWs for 7 years back in the day of the little pink books. I know how to do it. We all do. It is simply being ready & acknowledging that it must be a lifestyle change.
This program works for me. You fine tune especially for you. There is nothing set in stone except of course what we all know. Cut out "whites" cut back on carbs, drink water, etc. We all know that. Pick something to be your "go to". Mine is popcorn thus I bought the fun popcorn popper...

It has been a great help for me...matter of fact it is 9:10AM & Im getting ready to make some. I use "No Salt" & spray w/Can't Believe Its Not Butter. Love it & always fills & satisfies.

We all need to find what works for us & not try to follow some "diet" someone else puts together for you. Make it your own! If it is a bit wild....who works for you!

My other secret. I buy dark chocolate coffee beans. When I really need something sweet I grab a couple of these....Dark Chocolate is my all time favorite..Not really in love w/the bitter bean does what I'm asking it to do....).

I have mentioned the Walden Farms brand before...if you haven't tried I carry the salad dressing with me when I go out. I have the chocolate or caramel sauce on pieces of apple....hmmm yummy.

My other favorite...low cal coolwhip. I blend in blueberries or strawberries. What a treat!
Also smoothies....who doesn't love a smoothie. Anyway no suffering going on here in Maryland.

Have a great day friends!!

That is a great visual....Or think three bags of sugar! It is hard to see it when you see yourself everyday...(Does that even make sense? LOL) But, I bet you are down a size or so. It does help to visualize or lift the amount of weight that you have lost. Every time I get upset when I'm only down a pound I think of two sticks of butter on each thigh. emoticon

The popper is so fun! Grandkids love it. Wish I had somewhere else to keep it but its too big. Encouraging hubby to build me a shelf for it in garage:)

I only eat popcorn with real dairy butter, which is why I only eat popcorn every few years. I can't even go to the movies because "butter flavor", the smell of anything with synthetic butric acid makes me literally ill. You are lucky you can avail yourself of a useful product.

I eat popcorn with the Zero calorie butter spray too! It's been a lifesaver for me when I want to snack on my days off.

I love your popcorn popper! I wish I had the counter space in my kitchen for one of those!
