The Winter 5% weight loss challenge is approaching soon. I am in another Sparkteam which has 2 more weighins and one other team has 3 more weighins. The 5% Challenge will be starting in a few weeks. I will be doing the 5% Winter Challenge & I may start back up with Sparking as a team in March - it depends on my schedule.
It has been a while since I wrote up a commitment. I went back to the Fall 5% blog I posted in September & I am going to edit it to fit! I am not sure when this challenge will start, but hopefully I have the time to give my all!
I really want to get 155 by the end of Feb. If I can't do that, I definitely need to change the way I am doing things!
Winter 5% Challenge Commitment:
I will post my weigh-ins every week.
I will track my exercise to help out myself and my team!
I will stay on track with my calories/fat/etc the best I can.
I will try to post more frequently on the forum/team!
I will exercise at least 10 minutes five days a week.
I will exercise at least 30 minutes three days a week.
I will stick to my scheduled exercise - Zumba, yoga & 5K training
I will try new recipes from Spark & will create more batch meals for work
I will try to work on controlling my snacking at night
I will go to bed on nights when I feel tired/ready. I won't stay up late just because.
I will spend some ME time even with my crazy work schedule!
I will do the best I can with the changing weekly challenges!
I will not get discouraged if I do not meet the 5% loss in 8 weeks.
