Bowling yesterday was really great. I love doing things just me and dad. His team is fun to be around and we were bowling against so really great people. I had two games over 135, so that is awesome for me. I didnít get my walk in before bowling, so I walked around the ally in between turns. So I made my steps for the first time this month.
Eating was still horrible. Compound that with a few glasses of merlot Ė sigh! Iíll get there. I need to learn how to say NO to fried cauliflower. I just love that stuff.
I also know I need to get back to some daily challenges. They kept me going before, and I was doing well in December because of it. So Iím going to try to come up with something every day that I CAN do if I just push a bit. Not extreme so I give up, just push the edge. Join me if you want.
So for today, Iím going to do 100 squats. I know Iíve got this.
