Well, this week begins the Biggest Loser contest here at work. It's a 10 week program and I am ready to get it started. I am hoping that a little healthy competition is what I need to get things jump started. Especially since my boss is doing the program too. And of course I want to beat her! Ha! All in good fun!
I walked by myself yesterday indoors because it was too iffy outside with the snow and not all sidewalks get cleaned. And boy did we get some snow yesterday and into the night. Plan to get out again today for another walk and make it happen.
I stepped on the scale this morning just to take a look before Friday to see how things were going to shape up for me. Looking pretty good. I had gained a little but I am back down to my starting point and I am going to make this happen.
My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds a week and hopefully some inches too. They will be monitoring that as well which will be good to see a difference.
