(I told you it was simple)
At work we give the kids 1 skittle every once in a while. They may get a total of 3 skittles a day or less. The staff on the other hand.. We grab a hand full hand out 2-3 skittles and then eat the rest. YIKES! Over the cores of the day this happens about 3-4 times. Double YIKES!
Yesterday I had a great work out day after a great work out weekend. I have been doing much better at portion controlling my food again. The liquid calories are back down to manageable. So it's time to attack the day long munching on skittles. Yesterday was a huge success! I had NONE! So today I'm going to try again for no skittles.
As if it was a reward for no skittles, the scale and I talked today and I liked what it had to say. :)
