I was incredibly exhausted yesterday. Put in a 12 hr day at work. And with this new post I'm going up and down stairs which isn't terribly hard but my stamina isn't used to it yet, so it zaps my energy by the end of 8hrs. So I made it through the 12, got home kid you not took a shower, did some resorative yoga and was in bed and sleeping by 9:15 p.m. I haven't been in bed that early in a very long time unless I was sick.
I will say this though, doing the yoga before bed felt amazing! My hips are incredibly stiff and tense and all this yoga and stretching is getting rid of some of the tension. It's also teaching me how to breathe through the stress instead of "storing" it for later. Despite my nightmare last night I woke up and feel pretty refreshed even though I still feel tired.
So tonight I have to stock up on more fruits and veggies, then it will be home for a work out with Jillian Michaels, some ab work, and dishes. Dishes need to be done soo bad. Definitely doing yoga before bed again maybe some meditation too. Might be another early night :)
I did notice that when I did a Jillian Michaels workout the other day, that I was unintentionally focusing how my muscles were working, and which ones were working. It made me feel stronger.
