ok last challenge i was pretty successful. but i didn't have easy access to spark and went a bit out of control, breaking all the rules just to get the scale numbers down. and then.... whamm-o, the upward spiral started to get out of control. we've all experienced that before, no?
so, my commitment this time around is FIRST stop the spiral! if i simply maintain my starting weight, this will do!
BUT if at all possible, i'd like to get down to where i was before. at least halfway.
my program is the usual, dancing, walking, swimming, and housecleaning keep me busy at least 2 hrs daily, easily. so exercise is no problem.
my weak point is evenings, i tend to plunk in front of the tv and eat mindlessly. so i'll have to plan this time more efficiently. guess i'll have to start tracking, brrrrr i hate it. it's such an eye-opener!
