Thoughts on Flexibility

This spark round, I am working on making this the lifestyle......the real thought that I can eat anything I want as long as I make adjustments to stay in the ranges that are good for my body. My rule this time has been, I have to really want what I am going to eat -- whether it is vegetables or cheesecake...and I have to be taking the time to TASTE it and enjoy it.
This time I have not gone off the rails and stayed there .... not once. While it has been only a week, I have many years of bad habit to rework.
My mind, this time, needs to be my ally instead of a trickster....and it is good (like so many other people's minds) at being a trickster.
