Ok, this seems like a simple enough task right??!! Well, why in the heck am I struggling so hard with it. My idea was to make up at least 8 weeks of menus that I could rotate through and not get bored with my options, but I just can't seem to put it together. I made a template on the computer, I am working on a list of foods that I like to eat, but when I try to sit down and put it all together on paper, I just draw a blank. How do you guys plan your menus out??!! Do you make notes of where the recipes are? Should I make a little recipe book just for my menus (just not thought of that). Just looking for some advice to get me moving in the right direction. Thanks!

    You have the right idea and it can work! I am telling you the best way to find things is on Pinterest. There are so many good things on there and tons of great ideas! The Spark recipes are great as well. Just find some stuff that you would like to try and pull the trigger! It will be worth it! Good luck!

I think the recipe book just for your menus sounds great. I only really keep my recipes in the Sparkrecipe box...but I eat the same things a lot. I keep a few different options handy for breakfast, a few for lunch but there is a lot of grilled chicken and fresh vegetables for dinner in my house. I only can plan out meals for a few days at a time. I just keep healthy food on hand so that when it is time to eat, my choices are healthy food or healthy food.
