*** I have got to work on my eating and lack there of. Today I will track everything I eat and eat at least 4 times. I have no problems with my workouts or water intake. As far as sleeping I don't get 8 hours a night, but I get enough to function properly...I've already discussed this with my doctor. So, if I can get and keep my eating in order I'd be making more progress. ***

    emoticon Hang in there... Lack of eating & sleep is a big problem for me. Tracking & eating according to a schedule seems to be the obvious solution but balancing this day after day is difficult. emoticon With regards to sleep it's takes actively shutting down my brain & TELEVISION! emoticon OMG... not the t.v. emoticon I am absolutely horrible.

Thanks for sharing??? emoticon Really... thanks! I needed this reality check for MYSELF.
