It can be tough to exercise in the cold weather. It can be too dangerous to exercise outside in sone of this bitterly cold weather. It also can be difficult to make yourself go back out to the gym after you get home in the evening when it is cold out. We need to have some alternate plans. We can stop at the gym before we go home, we can walk on our breaks at work if there is the space or we need to have a progem we can do at home on those days. Keep moving.
