I have been thinking about why i have not been able to lose more weight it is because i have not been eating right,today is the day for watching my portions,i know i need to lose weght,

    I agree with tracking all your food and exercising. As you add to exercise and eliminate the foods high in fat and those not good for you success will happen. emoticon

    track everything! maybe a food diary would help.
