I've passed year 2...nothing good has happened in that last year, nothing weight related anyways...
I did get a job, my driver's license(I'm 34, so about time!) a second job, and keep my life running smooth..(3 rd job? Lol)
I also gained back 30 lbs and now my weight sits at 229lbs(I started 2 years ago at 256lbs, got down to 199 and then just quit.. Slowly gaining it back...)
BLAH!! I'm eating has been crazy, good at times then off the wall during others...January I decided to restart and get rid of this weight, to go with the 14 week biggest loser show...attempting to lose 14 lbs during the show...
Well, that didn't happen..time makes it hard, plus just plain laziness, then sickness in my house with my kids and my husband...
BUT today is another day....I have so many reasons for doing this...myself, my confidence, my health...then there's my kids and my husband...add that to, keeping up with my family, friends and running an elementary after school program...I'm also gonna see my mom n brother for the first time in 7 years this summer...and also a friend is off for maternity leave, and I'd love to have accomplished this by when she comes back in September...
Plan is easy,
Insanity and zumba or walking..with stationary bike n elliptical thrown in whenever I can.
I figure the insanity is 45 minutes per day, and 1 hour walk,or zumba on cold days(it's -20 here today!) building up to running eventually...will work.
Plus, HEALTHY eating, no more daily junk, no late eating and no unplanned food. N WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
Also, more/better sleeping...get to bed by 10 every other night at least.(can't miss biggest loser and gray's anatomy!)
