Weeks 1,2, & 3

Week 4 started on Saturday. I have been horrible at keeping up on here, but I can usually on get online to fuss around on my 2 days off every week. So, I do what I can from my phone.

Week #1 - 2.3 lbs down
Week #2 - 5.1 lbs down
Week # 3 - 0.0 lbs down

I didn't lose anything this last week, which I am ok with. I have been sick with a HORRIBLE sinus infection & it has taken all that I have to begin to recover. As you probably know being sick you don't want to move & you want comfort food. Especially when you can't breathe. I think my no gain/no loss was a success.

I was taking my green coffee bean & raspberry ketones the first 2 weeks. I absolutely recommend it!! I can't say that it has helped me to lose weight or inches, but I can say that it has helped tremendously with my cravings for sweets. I haven't taken them since I got sick because I didn't want to mix my meds with them. And I can tell. My cravings are back & I can't wait until I can start taking them again. I hate wanting to eat all this sweet crap in my path!!
