my goals are simple to maintain what I am doing. I want to go do ST 3-4 times a week. when my hamstring completely heals ill be running 5 days a week. Continue not to drink diet pepsi and processed food. chart all myfood

Take care with the running, you don't want to re-injure yourself.
Listen to what your body says. Go slow
