1 c blueberries (80), 1/2 c skim milk (45) = 125
Coffee
2 rye crackers (60), 2 T peanut butter (180), 1 T sunflower seeds (50)= 290
= 415

AM snacks: (8:30am til 3pm)
Banana, peanut butter (400)
Cheese, crackers (260)
1 piece ww bread (100), 1/8 avocado, mustard, 1 slice cheese = 225
Coffee, milk (25)
= 910

Lunch: (3pm)
Brie and avocado panini on ww bread (250)
Tamari almonds (100)
Water
Coffee, milk (50)
Vegan cookie (150)
= 550

Dinner:
Green salad: Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, 1/8 avocado, 1/2 carrot, 2 T pumpkin seeds (90), balsamic vinegar = 250

Calories: so far.... 2125
Exercise: 2 hour walk, lots of cleaning/laundry/etc.
