Breaking down goals

Of course, the big goal is to lose down to 155. I am halfway there! That goal is also part of becoming a KOPS. That is TOPS for keeping pounds off sensibly. The next goal will help me get there. I want to have six weeks without a gain. At the end of that six weeks I will buy myself a new article of clothing. That is a promise to myself. So far, I have gone 4 weeks without a gain. Only two to go, so I know it is possible and I am already thinking about what I am going to buy.
