I'm going to start off by saying my motivations level are at a huge low. Its been lightly snowing and the cold makes my legs hurt. I've had that sensation of being on the edge of throwing up off and on for about 20 hours at this point. I had some crackers, they helped me while I was eating them but not long after I went back to feeling sick. I didn't work out yesterday because of the pukey feelings and I doubt I will today either if I keep going as I am. Maybe, hopefully, writing about one of my goals will give me a bit of a boost mentally to help me get past everything going on.
So, my goal to talk about today is wearing a "skinny dress." I'd like to be able to wear a tight dress without having to wear undergarments to smooth out and suck in my fat. It's about having a flat, toned stomach. A straightish line from the bottom of my chest down.
How will I obtain this goal?
1. Weight loss!
2. Building up some small amount of muscle
3. Get back into high heels
