I updated the My Program section yesterday to reflect this, and for those of you who may not know what the title means, I joined the Winter 2013 5% Challenge. This is my first time joining this challenge, but I've wanted to for quite some time now, but have just missed the open section, etc.
Ready for the challenge:
Workout clothes are set - bought new ones, too!
Water bottle is ready!
Bought new workout DVDs!
My exercise plan is to workout for at least 20mins each day (cardio and ST)
I will ST at least 4x/week
I'm following Sparks program for my nutrition - portion control, everything in moderation, calorie ranges
I will check in with the 5% team 1x each day
I will huddle 1x each day
I will post on a message bird 1x each day
Assignment #2 is to update your SparkPage, which I did yesterday without knowing ;) So Assignment 1 & 2 complete!
