Yesterday's fast was much easier than the first, but I am sure most of that is due to being so busy driving to stores yesterday for work. I started 2/1 at 241 and this morning I am at 238.8, so far trending down which is good
. I will continue to weigh everyday this month just to see the differences between fed and fast days.
